Hint Bundles
Hint bundles add hint tokens to your balance. They're designed to be generous — the goal is to keep you playing, not to monetize frustration.

Hint bundles are available in Settings > Store or from the prompt that appears when your hint balance reaches zero.
How They Work
Purchased hints are added to your existing balance immediately
Hints don't expire — use them whenever you need them
You can purchase bundles multiple times
Important: Not Family Shareable
Hint bundles are consumable purchases. Apple does not support Family Sharing for consumable items. Each family member maintains their own hint balance.
Important: Not Restorable
Because hint bundles are consumable, they cannot be restored with "Restore Purchases." Once used, hint tokens are gone. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, any unused hints on the old device are lost. Non-consumable purchases (packs, the one-time unlock) are always restorable.

Streak Shields
A streak shield protects your daily streak when you miss a day. Life happens — streak shields make sure a busy Tuesday doesn't erase a 30-day streak.
How They Work
You miss the daily puzzle for a day
The next time you open Lamplit, you're prompted that your streak is at risk
If you have a streak shield available, you can activate it to preserve your streak
The missed day is covered, and your streak continues unbroken
Earning and Buying Streak Shields
One free streak shield per week — earned automatically, no purchase needed
Streak shield 3-pack — available as a consumable purchase by tapping on the available shields on the Home Screen.
Important Notes
Streak shields are consumable and are not family shareable
Streak shields are not restorable after use or device transfer
You can only shield one missed day at a time — missing multiple consecutive days will still break your streak
The free weekly shield does not stack; if you don't use it, you still only have one
