Do I need to buy packs individually if I buy the one-time unlock? No. The one-time unlock covers the base library. Themed packs are purchased separately — you only buy the themes that interest you.

Will new packs be added in the future? Yes. New themed packs will be added over time. Packs purchased individually are yours forever. The base library may also grow with future updates.
