One puzzle, every day
A new daily puzzle arrives at midnight and is available for 24 hours. Every player around the world gets the same puzzle on the same day — which is part of what makes it worth talking about.
The daily puzzle is always free. You don't need the one-time unlock or any puzzle pack to access it.
The weekly schedule
The format rotates on a predictable weekly rhythm. Monday through Friday brings a standard single acrostic; Saturday and Sunday brings a double acrostic — the harder, premium format where both the first and last letters of each answer spell hidden words.

Sharing your result
After completing the daily puzzle, a shareable result card is generated for you. It shows the spine word revealing itself letter by letter — satisfying to share, and spoiler-free for anyone who hasn't solved it yet.
The share sheet appears automatically on the completion screen, or you can access it again later from the puzzle's detail view.
The leaderboard
The daily puzzle includes a fastest solve time leaderboard, powered by Apple Game Center. A few things worth knowing:

Frequently asked questions
Can I go back and do yesterday's puzzle?
No — daily puzzles are only available on the day they're active. Once midnight passes, that puzzle is gone. Pack puzzles are available any time with no expiry.
What time does the daily puzzle reset?
Puzzles reset at midnight in your local time zone.
Does completing the daily puzzle count toward my streak?
Yes — the daily puzzle is the only puzzle that counts toward your streak. Pack puzzles don't contribute to it. See Streaks & Streak Shields for more.
What if I start the daily puzzle but don't finish it?
Your progress is saved automatically. You can return to it any time before midnight and pick up where you left off.
