Open Lamplit
Go to Settings
Tap "Help & Support"
This opens a direct channel where you can describe your issue or ask a question. We read every message and respond as quickly as we can.
Reporting a Bug
If something isn't working as expected, we want to know. When reporting a bug, including the following details helps us investigate faster:
What happened — describe what you saw or what went wrong
What you expected — what should have happened instead
Steps to reproduce — can you make it happen again? If so, what steps trigger it?
Your iOS version — found in Settings > General > About
Your Lamplit version — found in Lamplit > Settings (at the bottom of the screen)
Screenshots or screen recordings are also helpful if the issue is visual.
Feature Requests
Have an idea for something you'd like to see in Lamplit? We'd genuinely like to hear it. Send it through the same Help & Support channel in Settings. We can't promise every suggestion will be implemented, but we read and consider all of them.
Response Time
Lamplit is made by a small team. We aim to respond within a few business days. If your issue is urgent (purchase not working, data loss), mention that in your message and we'll prioritize it.
App Store Reviews
App Store reviews are appreciated and help other players discover Lamplit. However, we can't respond to questions or bug reports left in reviews — please use the Help & Support channel for anything that needs a reply.
